Pre-Requisites

A service account in LogicMonitor that has administrative status in order to generate the API token.

How to Set Up the Connector
1. Navigate to your instance of LogicMonitor to log in, example https://yourcompanyname.logicmonitor.com/
2. After logging in, navigate to the Settings menu.
3. In the Settings menu, navigate to Users & Roles.
4. Click the API Tokens tab and then click the + icon to create a new LMv1 API token.
5. Select a user from the dropdown list who is an administrator and then copy the Access ID & Access Key and click save.
6. Log into Clarity Security
7. Click On Applications and select Marketplace
8. Scroll to find LogicMonitor and click Connect.
9. Use the Access ID & Access Key copied from Step 5 in the access_id & access_key fields. In the URL, get your company name to obtain the Subdomain. For example, https://yourcompanyname.logicmonitor.com/santaba/uiv3/dashboard/index.jsp where yourcompanyname is the subdomain.
10. Fill out your Sync Options, App Owner, Trust relationship, and Trust permission. A default entitlement is required to set up your application in Clarity properly.
11. Fill out this form and click Save.
Note: Deactivate and delete users on termination is available for LogicMonitor.
